MARSHALL, Texas – Not allowing any points to be scored, the East Texas Baptist University men's tennis team swept Centenary College for their second win of the year, 9-0. ETBU took all the matches with four matches being won by default.
In doubles, Ty Tarver and Joseph Salinas won their match, 8-0. The other two doubles matches were won by default as Centenary didn't have enough players for those matches. In singles play, ETBU won no. 1-4 as the five and six matches were won by default. John Herr, Rollin Houk, Dexter Palmer, and Ross Houk all won 6-0, 6-0. Number five and six matches were won by default.
ETBU will next play next week in Virginia on their spring break trip.
