PREVIEW | @ETBU_Volleyball Taking on West Division in ASC Crossover

MARSHALL, Texas – Heading out to Abilene this weekend for the American Southwest Conference Crossover Invitational, the East Texas Baptist University volleyball team will play three matches against West Division programs. This is the second ASC Crossover invite of the year. Below is information for the games.

  • Hannah Zly has 288 digs and 21 service aces to lead the Lobos.

HSU
  • 7-8 overall and 4-4 in the conference following a four-set win over McMurry
  • Averaging 10.63 kills per set, 9.96 assists per set and 15.38 digs per set
  • Triniti Anderson leads with 172 kills, which is sixth in the conference
  • Ashley Pierce is third in the conference with 443 assists, which is the leader for the Cowgirls
  • Mary Johnson is the leader with 215 digs

McM
  • 12-7 overall and 3-5 in the conference after a four-set loss to HSU
  • Haven't lost to ETBU since 2015
  • Collecting 834 kills (12.6 per set), 775 assists (11.7 per set), and 1115 digs (16.9 per set)
