Hat Trick Football Style
Jeremiah Robertson recorded three rushing touchdowns vs. Sul Ross State on runs of 25 yards, 2-yards, and 1-yard. It is the first time in three years that a running back has had three or more rushing touchdowns since Jourdan McNeill's four in 2016 vs. McMurry. The last time there were three also came from McNeill in 2016 at Texas Lutheran.

100-Yard Dash
Robertson collected another 100-yard rushing game vs. Sul Ross State with 115 yards on 15 carries and didn't lose any yards rushing. The week before vs. Texas Lutheran he had 150 yards rushing. It is the first time since 2016 that there has been a running back with back-to-back 100-yard rushing performances. The last was Jourdan McNeill who had 138 yards vs. Texas Lutheran (Sept. 3) and then 159 yards vs. SW Assemblies of God (Sept. 10).

This "KESH" Was Great
Freshman Keshoyn Alexander had a career game vs. Sul Ross State recording career highs. He produced his first collegiate touchdown on a 13-yard run in the fourth quarter. He also had eight rushing attempts for 75 yards averaging nine yards per carry.

PAJESTKA
Defensive lineman Chad Pajestka (PAH – JESS – KAH) had a career day in Alpine with nine tackles to lead the team. He posted three solo tackles and six assisted tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss.

Baca Watch
Baca moved up to second in passing yards with 228 yards at Sul Ross State. He moved by Phil Van Cleave (2003-06) who has 5,553. Baca now has 5,558 yards and needs over 2,000 yards to catch Josh Warbington's record. Baca is fourth in passing attempts passing up Dru Smith to move up a spot. He now has 643 and needs 215 to break Josh Warbington's record. He could very easily move into second in completions needing just 27 completions to surpass Phil Van Cleave. He is still third in passing touchdowns with 54 but needs four to move into second place and nine to break the record.
