SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Taking on Wyoming University for the first time at the Missouri State University Lacrosse Classic, East Texas Baptist University earned their first win of the year, 16-14. ETBU is now 1-1 on the year.
 
ETBU was led by Izac Olguin with five goals. Logan Verlinden, Avery Cook, and Caleb Goudreau all posted three goals. Fisher Naumann and Matt Duncan both added a goal in the win. Liam Warsaw won 65% of his face offs.
 
ETBU will take on host Missouri State on Sunday morning.
