MARSHALL, Texas – Seeing competition from the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) this weekend, the East Texas Baptist University women's soccer team will first host the University of Dallas at 7:00 pm on Friday before heading to Central Texas on Sunday to Georgetown, Texas, facing Southwestern University. ETBU is 3-2 overall and coming off a 2-1 win over Piedmont College last Sunday.
ETBU (3-2-0)
- Averaging 1.8 goals per game and 12.8 shots per game
- Allowing 1.6 goals per game and 12.4 shots per game
- Aaliya Casas named ASC Offensive Player of the Week
- Casas is led the team with three goals and six points
- Six other players have one goal on the team
- Addison Funk has started three matches and has a 2.33 GAA with 26 saves

- Averaging 1.75 goals per game and 12 shots per game
- Andrea Coppi leads the team with two goals and four points
- Claire Reed has four points with one goal and two assists
- Kaitlyn Vess has started four matches in goal with a 2.09 GAA
Southwestern University (0-1-2)
- Averaging 0.33 goals per game and 11.7 shots per game
- Two ties are against Milwaukee School of Engineering (0-0) and Huston-Tillotson (1-1)
- Juliet Pridgen has the only goal on the year for Southwestern
