SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Playing for the right to go to the ITA Small College Championships, the East Texas Baptist University women's tennis team had a successful weekend at Trinity University. Several student-athletes won their individual matches advancing in both singles and doubles. ETBU won two draw championships and two consolation championships.
 
"The women's results were like the beginning of the alphabet as we had players perform at a high level and bring home several draw championships. It felt a lot like the weekend before when we won the draws at the fall UMHB Invite. I was super impressed how we ended as a team as some players started slow but came back strong to win their matches," said head coach Drew Lambert.
