BELTON, Texas – In their final regular season dual of the inaugural season, East Texas Baptist University took on the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor for the sixth time this season. The weather moved the series to just one dual as UMHB won, 4-1.
 
ETBU started off down 3-0 after matches from three, four, and five all went to UMHB. ETBU then fell in match two, 21-14, 21-15. Ashely Salas and Madison McDonald won the number one match, 21-8, 21-19 for ETBU's lone point.
 
The next match for ETBU will be in the AVCA Small College National Tournament on Friday and Saturday in Tavares, Fla. ETBU will face Berry College at 8:05 a.m. on Friday.
