MTN | ETBU Goes 2-1 in South Carolina for Spring Break Trip

HILTON HEAD, S.C – Finishing up their spring break trip in South Carolina, the East Texas Baptist University men's tennis team fell to Shenandoah University, 8-1. ETBU went 2-1 on the trip and is now 8-3 on the year.

Shenandoah took all three doubles matches to start. In singles play, Sam Black won the no. 1 match, 6-1, 2-6, 15-13. The other tie breaking match for ETBU was a loss at no.5 as Erick Van Zyl lost, 3-6, 6-2, 3-10.

ETBU will next play on Saturday, March 23, in Brownwood, Texas, against Howard Payne and Hardin-Simmons.
