MARSHALL, Texas – Helping East Texas Baptist University to a 2-0 week,
Dylan Garcia was named the American Southwest Conference Offensive Player of the Week. It is the first ASC weekly award in his career as he posted two goals on the week.
ETBU defeated Hendrix College, 2-1, and Howard Payne, 3-0, during the week, moving to 7-6-1.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Dylan Garcia, F, Jr., East Texas Baptist
East Texas Baptist junior forward
Dylan Garcia (Clovis, Calif.) netted both goals in the win over Hendrix, with the tying goal in the 56th minute and the winning goal in the 74th minute. For the week, he had four shots, all of which were on goal. He helped ETBU to a 2-0 week and their first ASC win. He played 76 of the 90 minutes against Hendrix and then 36 minutes versus HPU.
