MARSHALL, Texas – As one of the top volleyball players in NCAA Division III, East Texas Baptist University's Graycee Mosley has been named the American Volleyball Coaches Association National Player of the Week. Mosley helped ETBU to a 3-0 weekend at the Berry College Invite, sweeping Covenant College, defeating No. 14 Berry College, and Oglethorpe in four sets. ETBU is now 18-0 and ranked No. 2 in the nation.
 
Mosley is the second player in program history to be named the AVCA National Player of the Week, as head coach Mallory Matthews earned the award in 2015. Mosley played in all 11 sets in Georgia with 45 kills on eight errors for a .378 hitting percentage. She also recorded 28 digs and one block and had her 73rd career double-double. Against Covenant, she recorded nine kills, four service aces, and 15 digs, and followed that with 17 kills with 10 digs on a 3.78 hitting percentage vs. No. 14 Berry. On Saturday, against Oglethorpe, she posted 19 kills on four errors for a .385 hitting percentage with three service aces and 13 digs. The 16-time ASC Player of the Week has 1763 kills and 1400 digs in her four seasons at ETBU. 
 
ETBU will be home this week on Thursday vs. Centre College and Sunday hosting Hendrix College.
