ABILENE, Texas – Facing off against the top NCAA Division III student-athletes in the south for the Fall ITA Regional Championships, East Texas Baptist University won three first-round matches.
Monique Ybarra had the best showing making it to the quarterfinals before falling to Trinity University.
Ybarra,
Kristyn Dunn, and Isabell Macquet all won in A Singles first-round matches.
Amelia Anding and
Alexis Stong won their first-round matches in B Singles. In A Doubles, Ybarra/Dunn won their first-round match and Jazmyn Ford-Schartner and Macquet had a first-round win.
