TYLER, Texas – Facing NCAA Division II competition, East Texas Baptist University came in 10^th of 11 programs at the Texas Tyler Invitational. Noah Zarate finished in the top 30 out of over 120 runners.
 
Zarate ran at 27:47.51 in the 8K race in 29^th place. Jagger Stutchman followed in 81^st with a time of 30:51.50, and Tyler Jordan was 82^nd at 30:59.83. Conrad Deleon was then 103^rd (33:13.56), Tommy Alford came in 107^th (33:38.93), and Lucas Gonzalez was 109^th (33:48.00).
 
ETBU will participate next Friday, September 12, at the Harding University Invite in Arkansas.
