Avery Holland won the honor for her performance against #14 Belhaven. ETBU is now 4-0 and earned two shutouts over Belhaven.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK – Avery Holland, Jr., P, East Texas Baptist
Avery Holland of East Texas Baptist pitched a six-inning shutout over No. 14 Belhaven University, allowing just three hits while striking out six. She retired the side in the fourth inning and recorded multiple strikeouts in both the first and sixth frames. No runner advanced past second base during her time in the circle.
Holland's performance helped propel East Texas Baptist University to an 8-0 victory in game one and a 1-0 win in game two of the series. The Tigers will travel to Georgetown to face Willamette University on Saturday, February 28 at 12:00 and 2:00 P.M.
