MARSHALL, Texas – For the second time this season, East Texas Baptist University's Macey Jones is the American Southwest Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week. She helped ETBU to a 1-1 week and also earned the award on November 17.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Macey Jones, F, So., East Texas Baptist
East Texas Baptist forward Macey Jones averaged 19.5 points per game while shooting 56 percent from the field across two contests this week. In game one against Howard Payne, Jones recorded 18 points on 7 for 12 shooting from the field. She followed that performance by surpassing her previous total with 21 points and five offensive rebounds.
 
The sophomore is now averaging 12.1 points per game this season as East Texas Baptist prepares to close out the regular season at home in Marshall against Hardin-Simmons.
