MARSHALL, Texas – Back in the top 25, East Texas Baptist University is no. 24 in the newest American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) National Poll. ETBU has now been ranked in the ABCA poll for 19 weeks in a row.
ETBU earned 144 points and is just seven points from being no. 21. They moved up two spots from the first poll January 27. Three teams on ETBU's schedule are ranked in no. 8 Belhaven, no. 19 Texas Lutheran University, and no. 22 Huntingdon.
This weekend, ETBU will play three games with two vs. the College of Wooster and one vs. Texas Lutheran at Tiger Ballpark at Woods Field.
