MARSHALL, Texas – Staying in the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Top 25, East Texas Baptist University remained at no. 24 in the third poll released this year. ETBU started the year at no. 26 and has moved up two spots.
ETBU has now been in the ABCA poll for 20 straight weeks earning 160 points and is 30 points from the top 20. Teams ETBU have played in the top 30 are no. 6 Belhaven, no. 21 Huntingdon, and no. 27 Adrian.
ETBU will host Maryville College (TN) this weekend in a three-game series.
