ROUND ROCK, Texas – In their best invite of the year, East Texas Baptist University won the Linda Lowery Invitational, hosted by Concordia University Texas, at the Teravista Golf Club. ETBU shot a two-round total of 630 (308-322) to knock off #33 LeTourneau University's 635 (310-325). ETBU had four student-athletes in the top 10 and all five were in the top 12.
 
ETBU took the lead on day one with a 308 and was two strokes ahead of #33 LeTourneau (310). On day two, ETBU shot a 322 as LeTourneau had a 325 as the Tigers edged the Yellow Jackets by five strokes.
 
Rylee Beard finished with a 154 (79-75) and was two strokes off the medalist. She shot a 79 in the first round and shaved off four strokes on day two with a 75. Hallie Westfall came in fourth with a 157 and shot a 78 and then a 79. Anastasia Stave finished with a 160 with a 76 on day one and an 84 on the final day. Kristen Bridges was the final top 10 golfer for the Tigers in ninth with a 161 shooting a 77 on day one and an 84 on day two. Madison Davis finished in 12^th also shooting a 77 in round one and an 85 in round two for a 162.
 
ETBU has one more invite on March 31 and April 1 at Pine  Dunes Golf Club hosted by LeTourneau before the ASC Championship Tournament on May 1.
