MARSHALL, Texas – For the first time this season, East Texas Baptist University has been award the American Southwest Conference Men's Track Athlete of the Week.
Brenton Hardin earns his first award for his finishes at the Rhodes College Invite.

MEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Brenton Hardin, Fr., East Texas Baptist
Brenton Hardin and the East Texas Baptist Tigers turned in a strong performance at the Rhodes College Invite in Tennessee last week. Hardin claimed first place in both the 100-meter and 200-meter dash, competing against fields of 37 and 31 runners, with winning times of 10.51 and 21.80. His two first-place finishes contributed to ETBU's 23 top-five finishes at the meet. Hardin and the Tigers will next compete at Stephen F. Austin on April 2–3.
