MARSHALL, Texas – Sweeping the American Southwest Conference Women's Track and Field awards for the second time this year, East Texas Baptist University's Jordyn Ramirez (Track) and Skyler Skinner (Field) are the winners. It is the second time for Skinner to earn the award.

WOMEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Jordyn Ramirez, Fr., East Texas Baptist
Freshman Jordyn Ramirez recorded the top finish of the day for East Texas Baptist at the Rhodes College Invite in Memphis. Ramirez placed second out of nine competitors in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.14.
 

WOMEN'S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Skyler Skinner, Fr., East Texas Baptist
Skyler Skinner earns her second ASC Women's Field Athlete of the Week honor after placing fifth out of 23 participants in the discus with a throw of 123'10". The freshman has gotten off to a strong start this season and will look to continue her success April 2-3 at Stephen F. Austin.
