WOMEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK – Rylee Beard, So., East Texas Baptist
Rylee Beard led East Texas Baptist to a first-place team finish at the Linda Lowery Invitational with a runner-up individual performance, finishing second out of 47 golfers. Beard shot a 79 in round one with three birdies and followed with two birdies in round two to finish with a 154, just two strokes behind LeTourneau's Kinley Pessel, who is ranked #23 nationally. Her strong second round propelled her from 10th place into second, helping secure the team title for the Tigers.
