MARSHALL, Texas – Earning four wins at the Tiger Invitational, East Texas Baptist University had their strongest outing of the year at their home invite earning wins over Howard Payne, Huntingdon (AL), Texas A&M Texarkana, and Concordia University Texas. ETBU is now 11-13 on the year and has won five straight matches and seven of their last nine matches.
 
ETBU started Friday with a 4-1 win over Howard Payne and then held off Huntingdon, 3-2. Saturday brought their second win in two weeks over NAIA's Texas A&M Texarkana, 4-1. ETBU then blanked Concordia Texas, 5-0, for a 4-0 record at the invite.
 
ETBU will be at the Tarleton State Invite on April 10 to face Tarleton State and Mary Hardin-Baylor.
