ABILENE, Texas – With 19 teams at the McMurry University Warhawk Invite, East Texas Baptist University produced nine Top 10 finishes against NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and JUCO programs. Jordyn Ramirez recorded two top 10 finishes in the 400-meter dash and high jump.
 
Ramirez ran a 59.10 in the 100-meter dash for fifth and then cleared 4'8.25" in the high jump for sixth place. Phoebe Dunham was then fourth in the 3,000-meter steeple chase (12:29.14), Hannah Willis was fifth in the 1,500-meter dash (5:03.05), and Jayla Johnson (high jump) and Lillien Stowe (high jump) tied for sixth. Sophie Gaddy came in seventh in the 3,000-meter dash (14:40.12) as Caitlynn Johnson was also seventh in the triple jump (33'1.25"). Skyler Skinner came in eighth in the discus (120'10") to finish up the top 10.
 
ETBU will travel to Clinton, Miss., on April 24 for the Mississippi College Invite.
