NACOGDOCHES, Texas  - Strong competition took place just over an hour from East Texas Baptist University as the Tigers compete ad the Carl Kight Invite at Stephen F. Austin University. ETBU saw competitors from NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and junior colleges. Overall, ETBU had four top 10 finishes with three earning NCAA Division III Top Times/Distances.
 
Kilrean Brown, PJ Johnson, Talon Moten, Muizq Gunnel, and Dolan Williams all had top 10 finishes. Brown earned the 27^th best leap in the triple jump for NCAA Division III placing sixth with a distance of 45'7.75". Johnson was then sixth in the high jump at 6'4" for the 27^th best in NCAA Division III. Moten was then sixth in the 400 meter hurdles at 54.18 for the 11^th best time in NCAA Division III. Gunnel was seventh in the high jump at 6'4" and Williams was eighth in the discus at 150'7".
