MARSHALL, Texas – For the third year in a row, East Texas Baptist University has finished ranked in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Top 10 as the No. 10 team in the nation. ETBU earned 160 points and was in the NFCA Top 10 all season reaching as high as No. 4. They have now been ranked for 171 consecutive weeks by the NFCA.
ETBU went 39-6 winning the American Southwest Conference regular season and tournament championships while hosting the NCAA Division III Marshall, Texas Regional Tournament. The Tigers have now won four consecutive ASC Tournament Championships and played in 13 straight NCAA Tournaments winning the 2024 National Championship.
