Courtney White

Entering her first year on Janae Shirley's staff, Courtney White will be the graduate assistant coach. White transitions after three years as a player for Shirley and was a key part of the team winning the 2024 National Championship. 

A three-time NFCA All-American, White earned numerous American Southwest Conference awards in her three years at ETBU. The three-time All-ASC first team selection was the 2022 ASC Newcomer of the Year while making the ASC All-Tournament teamt that same season. She was a part of back-to-back ASC Tournament Championships in 2023 and 2024 while playing in three NCAA Tournaments winning the 2024 Regional, Super Regional, and National Championship. A top player in NCAA Division III, she was on the NFCA Watch list, Top 50 List, and Top 25 List in her career along with making the NFCA All-Classic team in 2022. 

White is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete that came to ETBU after playing the 2021 season for Sam Houston State University. She finishes her career at ETBU ranked second in batting average (.411), fourth in stolen bases (84), sixth in runs scored (143), eighth in walks (63), 11th in doubles (38), 12th in hits (184),  and 17th in RBI (96).

She graduated with her degree from ETBU in May 2024 and will be pursuing her masters degree.
