Mallory Pyle begins her first year as a graduate assistant for Head Coach Janae Shirley. Pyle had a strong career for ETBU and was a part of the 2024 NCAA Division III National Championship team.
 
Pyle finished her career earning an NFCA Gold Glove award as the top third baseman in NCAA Division III. She played in four NCAA Division III National Tournaments, two Super Regional Tournaments, and a National Championship Tournament. She won three ASC Tournament Championships, two NCAA Regional Championships, a Super Regional, and a National Championship. In her senior year, she was named to the All-ASC First Team and made the NCAA Division III Marshall, Texas All-Regional Team.
 
The three-time All-ASC player recorded 75 hits, 19 doubles, 46 RBI, and 6 home runs in her four-year career. She was best known for her defense and for her ability to play almost any position. She earned a play on the ESPN Top 10 in 2023 as an outfielder for a diving catch. She was then a catcher on the National Championship Team and won a Gold Glove in her senior year at third base. That season, she had a .936 fielding percentage with 36 putouts and 77 assists.
 
The Hallsville, Texas, native earned a bachelor's degree in Rehabilitative Science in 2026.
