Arst enters her first year on Janae Shirley's staff and will be the Director of Softball Operations. She will be transitioning from a player after a three-year career at ETBU.

An All-ASC first team selection in 2018, Arst was a three-year starter helping ETBU to three NCAA Division III Tournaments and one American Southwest Conference championship. The 2018 CoSIDA Academic All-American third team selection had her 2019 senior season cut short due to an injury. A two-time ASC All-Academic team member, she also was a NFCA Scholar-Athlete. She played in 102 games starting 91 games.

She graduated from ETBU in December 2019 with a degree in business and will be working on her master's degree in business.
