Cardamone enters her second year on Janae Shirley's staff as a graduate assistant. She came to ETBU after a four-year career at Virginia Wesleyan University where she was a part of two NCAA Division III national championship teams in 2017 and 2018.

She appeared in 124 games in four years at VWU and had two major hits in the NCAA World Series both years they won championships helping the Marlins face off elimination. The designated player was named to the 2017 NCAA Regional All-Tournament team.

She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in May 2018 and is working on her Master's Degree at ETBU.
