Adams is entering his second season with the ETBU Women’s Basketball program where he serves as the second assistant and head developmental team coach. In the 2024-2025 season, he assisted the Tigers to the programs second American Southwest Conference (ASC) Tournament Championship, a 23-5 overall record, and a berth into the NCAA Division III National Tournament.
Along with coaching, Adams is in his fifth year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Operations at ETBU. He transitioned to athletic department in 2021 after serving in the ETBU Advancement Department where he helped to fundraise for capital campaign projects, while also cultivating and stewarding relationships with ETBU alumni and friends.
As the Assistant AD, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the athletics department, fan engagement, fundraising, connecting with athletic alumni, and assisting the athletic communications department. He also oversees the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
A former ETBU tennis player, Adams was an All-ASC East second-team selection at No. 6 singles and the East Division Sportsmanship Athlete of the Year. He played for Jeff Bramlett helping the teams to the ASC Tournament Semifinals.
He is a 2019 graduate of ETBU with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training and later earned his Master’s of Education in College and University Leadership in 2020. He attends Crossroads Baptist Church in Marshall.
