Cobb enters her second season at ETBU and is an assistant coach under volleyball coach Mallory Matthews and beach volleyball coach Allison Kuster. She came to ETBU after playing two season for Matthews at LeTourneau University and earned a Masters Degree from ETBU in December 2023.

Her two years helping Matthews with volleyball has lead to 46 wins, an ASC regular season championship and tournament championship, and a NCAA Tournament appearance. It was the first time ETBU has won an ASC Tournament Championship in 20 years. ETBU also upset #13 North Park in the NCAA Tournament in 2023. She has been a key recruiter for ETBU bringing in talent that has helped put the Tigers a top the ASC. 

As an assistant for beach volleyball, ETBU won six matches in their first season of 2023 competing at the AVCA Small College Championships in Florida. The program's first win came on March 17 with a 4-1 victory Oklahoma Wesleyan at the ETBU Classic. 

She brings both junior college and NCAA Division III experience to ETBU after starting her career at Eastfield College before finishing at LeTourneau. She helped Eastfield to the NJCAA Division III national championship game in 2018 finishing as runners-up. Her teams won back-to-back Dallas Athletic Conference championships and was a NJCAA Academic All-American. She had 192 kills and 304 digs in two years at Eastfield. At LeTourneau, she played in 107 sets and 38 matches recording 267 digs averaging 2.50 per set. She helped LeTourneau to two winning seasons and the second round of the ASC Tournament in spring 2021. 

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology in May 2022 from LeTourneau and a Masters Degree at ETBU in December 2023.
