SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Improving their strength of schedule, the East Texas Baptist University men's tennis team faced #17 Trinity University in a regional match and fell, 9-0. ETBU is now 3-2 on the year.

In doubles play, Ty Tarver and Joseph Salinas had the best match at number two falling, 8-3. John Herr then posted the closest match in singles play falling, 2-6, 6-0, 10-8, at number three singles. Tarver fell at number five singles, 6-1, 6-4, also.

ETBU will be back in action on March 1 in Sherman, Texas, against Hardin-Simmons University.
