CLARKSVILLE, Ark. – Moving to 3-0 in American Southwest Conference East Division play, the East Texas Baptist University women's tennis team picked up a 9-0 sweep over University of Ozarks. ETBU is now 11-5 and 3-0 in the East Division.
The Tigers started the match sweeping UO in doubles play. The #1 doubles team of
Olivia Parmelly/
Kaleigh Smith won 8-3, while the #2 doubles team of
Tiffany Stankiewicz /
Ashley Schenck won 8-1.

Mullika Seekhieo rounded out doubles play with a 8-0 win at #3.
ETBU would then win all of the singles matches vs. UO as Kendall picked up the 6-1, 6-3 victory in #1 singles.
Tess Willis got the 6-1, 6-1 victory in #2 singles, while Stankiewicz won 6-2, 6-0 in the #3 singles. Smith picked up the 6-0, 7-6 win at #4 and Seekhieo won 6-2, 6-0 at #5. Picking up the final point for the Tigers was Parmelly in the #6 singles winning 6-1, 6-0.
ETBU will be back on the court on April 17, as they travel to Jackson, Miss., to take on Belhaven University at 6 PM.
