MARSHALL, Texas – Making the final game of the series with Texas-Dallas the most exciting, #5 East Texas Baptist University's
Tauryn Cummings hit a walk-off line drive home run in the bottom of the seventh inning for a 5-4 win to sweep the Comets. The GO GOLD GAME for Childhood Cancer also featured the first pitch by Maddie Skinner who is a pen pal with

Two batters into ETBU's first inning, Garcia would drive in
Mariah Delgado with a single and an early 1-0 lead. After the Comets tied the score in the second, Garcia would then come through with a two-run double in the bottom half of the second inning to go up, 3-1.
