MARSHALL, Texas – Taking on NCAA Division II Dallas Baptist University, the East Texas Baptist University men's tennis team lost, 9-0, and are now 1-5 on the year.
 
DBU started off 3-0 with all three doubles wins. Spencer Carey and Reid Jones had the closest match falling, 8-6, at #2. Brycen Fears and Parker Stewart lost, 8-4, at the #3 match. In the singles matches, Both Abraham Silva (#5) and Carey (#4) lost their matches, 6-3, 6-2, in the best singles matches.
 
ETBU will host Covenant College on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m.
