AUSTIN, Texas – Taking on another program in Central Texas, the East Texas Baptist University women's tennis team lost to Concordia University Texas, 9-0. ETBU is now 1-7 on the year.
 
Kyle Mixon and Isabelle Duarte fell, 8-5, at #3 doubles in the closes match in doubles play. In singles play, Gabbi Hammerbach lost in a tie breaker, 4-6, 6-2, 3-6, at #1. Duarte then lost at #5, 7-6 (7-4), 6-3. Jayde Childress then fell in #2 singles, 6-3, 7-5.
 
ETBU is off until Thursday, March 17, when they host Jacksonville College.
