SHREVEPORT, La.- In a defensive battle, East Texas Baptist University fought to a 0-0 tie against Centenary University. ETBU is now 3-1-1 overall and still undefeated on the road at 3-0-1.

ETBU took nine shots with two no goal as Centenary added 16 shots with six on goal.
Gunner Barry had six saves on the night.
Bruno Palmieri led the team with three shots and one on goal as
Joseph Flores had the other shot on goal.
Nicholas Sepulvado also had two shots.
Coming out firing in the first half, Palmieri had two shots in the first seven minutes with one shot high and one saved. Centenary took eight shots in the first period as Barry stopped two shots in the 42
nd minute just 30 seconds apart.

Barry saved a shot just five minutes into the second half for his third of the match. Flores then had a chance for a goal in the 58
th minute but was stopped. Barry then had stops in the 63
rd, 72
nd, and 77
th minutes to preserve the save.
