MARSHALL, Texas – In their final meeting, the University of Texas Dallas shut out East Texas Baptist University, 3-0. ETBU ends the regular season at 5-10-1.
ETBU took nine shots, with three on goal, while UTD had 24 shots and 11 on goal.
Sarah Ramos led the way with three shots and one on goal.
Mallory Duncan added two shots with one on goal.
Landry Harmel had the other shot on goal.
Cadence Tischler finished with eight saves.
UTD scored late in the first half, with goals in the 39
th and 41
st minutes before halftime. They then added their third goal in the 89
th minute for the 3-0 lead.
ETBU will host an American Southwest Conference play-in match on Tuesday vs. LeTourneau.
