SUGAR LAND, Texas — Getting a taste of minor league play, No. 25/26 East Texas Baptist University (4-1) secured a commanding 7-0 victory over the University of St. Thomas Houston (3-4) on Tuesday at Constellation Field, which is home to the Sugar Land Space Cowboys. ETBU's offense broke open the game with three runs in both the seventh and eighth innings, supported by a strong pitching performance that limited St. Thomas to five hits and no runs.
