MARSHALL, Texas - Securing their first two-game series sweep of the year, no. 9/10 East Texas Baptist University finished off Adrian College, 10-5, on Monday night. ETBU tallied 11 hits and seven RBIs as they moved to 6-7.

Luke Finn led the Tigers with three RBIs, including a double, and scoring two runs.
Nathan Harmon recorded three hits, including a home run, and drove in two runs while scoring three times.
Nicolas Chavez also added two hits. On the mound,
Tyler Bogusz delivered a strong performance, pitching five innings and allowing just one earned run on two hits while striking out five to earn a win.

Bogusz pitched effectively over five innings, allowing only two hits and one earned run while striking out five batters without issuing any walks.
Jackson Jones was in 0.2 innings, giving up four runs on two hits.
Trip Barron managed 1.1 innings, conceding three hits but no runs.
Brayden Hodge contributed a clean inning with one hit allowed in the eighth, while Noah Bushko closed the game with a scoreless ninth, yielding one hit and recording one strikeout.

ETBU launched their offensive efforts in the second inning, scoring five runs on six hits. Chavez opened with a single and advanced to second on a passed ball.
Dylan Burnaman followed with another single, advancing Chavez to third. Harmon's single brought Chavez home, and after
Joaquin Costa's single, Finn hit a crucial double, clearing the bases for three RBIs, giving ETBU a 5-0 lead.

In the fourth inning, the Tigers added two more runs. Harmon singled and later scored on a passed ball, with Finn also reaching home plate through a single by
Carson Livesay, extending their lead to 7-0.

Adrian responded in the fifth inning with a solo home run, cutting the deficit to 7-1. Adrian continued their effort in the sixth inning with a four-run rally, narrowing ETBU's lead to 7-5.

The Tigers sealed the game in the seventh inning with three more runs. Harmon hit a solo home run, and after a series of walks and a balk, Costa and Finn scored, bringing the final score to 10-5 in favor of ETBU.

ETBU will host Pacific University at 7:00 p.m. on Friday night in the start of a three-game series.
