PEARL, Miss. – Not producing any offense on the second day of the series, no. 25 East Texas Baptist University dropped a double header to no. 21 Belhaven University, 3-1, and 10-0 moving to 4-4 on the year. ETBU produced six hits and one run in the final day of the series.
In game one, ETBU had four hits and one run as

Connor Massimini,
Ryan Beaty, and
Juan Ortigoza each had a hit. Massimini earned the RBI.
Isaac Thornton took the loss going five innings with five strikeouts.
Jake Schumacher finished the sixth. BU scored one in the fourth, fifth, and sixth innings. ETBU picked up one run in the sixth.
Belhaven shutout ETBU in game two, 10-0, in a seven-inning game.
Joaquin Costa and
Justin Flannery had the only hits in the game.
Nolan Bushko went four innings receiving the loss with two strikeouts.
ETBU will host LeTourneau University on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in a regional game.
